Aegeans are excellent for spinning fine laceweight up to Sport/DK yarns. Some of the heavier Aegeans can also handle worsted yarns. These are also great for plying 2 - 3 ounces.

The wider arms give this lightweight spindle good stability. Aegeans are made only from wood from trees grown in the US. My Aegean has become my go-to spindle.
